The glass casted sculptures are formed by a steady measured flow of molten glass into the mould pattern under high temperature. Copying the artist's model, the mould is fabricated using a special mixture of plaster and sand. The mould and glass is loaded into the custom built kiln where the heating process takes place. The glass is melted conforming to the setting of the thermal graph, where the molten glass flows into the shape of the mould. After the controlled cooling process is completed, the object is ground and polished to the artist's specifications.
